1. Fill out a Dow Testing Services Chain of Custody Form
2. Send completed form to info@dowtesting.ca for approval
3. Upon approval, ship samples (with Chain of Custody Form included) to:

Sample Requirements
- Ensure all samples are properly labelled and legible with approximate masses on each sample
- It is highly suggested to vacuum seal cannabis sample
Amount Required:
Packages
- Testing package (flower): 60g (ideally in 2 separate 30g packages)
- Testing package (oil): 40 mL
- Microbiology (all 5 tests): 3g /5ml (both flower and oil)
Individual Tests
- Cannabinoid profile and potency: 3g flower / 10 mL oil
- Aflatoxins: 3g flower / 10 mL oil
- Heavy metal: 3g flower / 10 mL oil
- Terpene profiling: 3g flower / 10 mL oil
- Pesticides: 3g flower / 10 mL oil
- Residual Solvents: 10 mL
- Loss on Drying: 3g
- Foreign Matter: 3g
- TYMC: 10g flower / 10 mL oil
- TAMC: 10g flower / 10 mL oil
- Bile-Tolerant gram negative: 10g flower / 10 mL oil
- E. Coli: 1g flower / 10 mL oil
- Salmonella: 3g flower / 25 mL oil
